The whole of
the Dardanup Shire is covered by Town Planning Schemes that control
land use and development. The Schemes set out zones where
residential, industrial, commercial, rural and small holding
development can occur. The scheme maps and text, and other
town planning documents are available for public viewing at out
Eaton Office.
There are many
restrictions placed on land use and development within the Shire
and therefore prospective developers/purchasers should make
enquiries to our Planning Department before purchasing land,
finalising plans or commencing development.
